We acquired a mid-terraced house prior to an auction and undertook an extensive refurbishment, bringing it back to its brick structure. The renovation included new wiring, plumbing, insolation and a layout change, incorporating a shower on the first floor and a WC on the lower ground floor.

During the letting of the property, I was qualified at the RENT SMART WALES course as a landlord (a requirement for anyone who owns a house to let in Wales) I also did the letting valuation, listing the property, marketing, viewings, tenant screening, negotiation and the tenancy agreement.
