Assisting a family in acquiring their primary residence through property sourcing services.

As part of my property sourcing services, I conducted client interview to compile their “wish list,” encompassing the desired area, house size, number of rooms and baths, proximity to public transportation, budget and timeframe.

Over the 5-month collaboration, I evaluated 64 properties, organised 17 viewings, and successfully secured two accepted offers. I oversaw the entire process, from initial property sourcing  to conveyancing, ensuring attention to detail and addressing any needed TLC for the house after the purchase.
